Refund

Shopify bills your subscription. We correct a wrong charge through Shopify's app-charge refund process.

1. Who refunds

WaveApp LLC makes Rulestage. Shopify is the merchant and bills it as the terms describe. We decide and issue full or partial refunds through Shopify's Partner Dashboard. Shopify credits your invoice. We offer no voluntary refund window. Your statutory rights still apply.

2. How to ask

Email support@rulestage.com from your store contact address with your shop domain, invoice date and what was wrong.

3. Trials and cancellation

Uninstall the app or change the plan in your Shopify admin to stop the next charge. A refund does not cancel the subscription.

4. After a refund

Your rules and records stay available while the app is installed.
